On Thursday May 12, 2005 Essence of Thai opened for business with a bang!. The spice aromas of galang, Thai lime leaves and lemon grass filled the restaurant as customer enjoyed Pad Thai. Beef Soup with noodle and other unique flavors of Thailand.
Many dishes are the special recipes of chef Ming's who is from Nothern Thailand and specialty is a "Braised Deep Fried Roast Duck". The menu also includes many personal recipes from the owner's family. Essence of Thai also has many delicious deserts including Sweet Rice topped with Mango and the owner's family recipe for Deep Fried Banana.
